  2. 1 Target group: Lower secondary (grammar school), beginners group
    2 Criteria:
    - must be modern – connected to today’s daily life, technologies etc.
    - relatable to students
    - enough space for discussion
    - listening-writing-reading
    - should include summaries and revisions after each chapter
    - should be fast-paced (specific for grammar schools)
3 Gateway to Maturita A1+, reasons and factors of our choice (incl. the positives of the bookset)
    - applies to the given criteria
    - starts from the very beginning, good to harmonize the level of English among students
    4 Possible problems
    - may be too fast, children may fall behind (a job for a teacher to make sure the class advances at a reasonable pace)
    - grammatical rules are not explicitly stated during the chapter, have to be explained by a teacher (there is a risk of misunderstanding and seeing definitons in summaries may be too late)
